Terms and Conditions for Domain and Hosting Services

By ticking the checkbox and proceeding with the use of services provided by India Web Softech, you ("Client") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions related to Domain Registration, Web Hosting, and associated services. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Domain Registration
1.1 All domain registrations are subject to availability and applicable domain registrar policies (e.g., ICANN, .IN Registry, etc.).
1.2 India Web Softech does not guarantee immediate registration. The domain will be registered only after payment confirmation.
1.3 The client is responsible for renewing the domain name before its expiration. India Web Softech is not liable for any loss due to domain expiry.
1.4 Domain names are registered in the client’s name, and the client retains full ownership upon full payment.
1.5 In case of non-payment or violation of policies, India Web Softech reserves the right to suspend or transfer control of the domain.
2. Web Hosting
2.1 Hosting services include shared hosting, VPS, or dedicated servers as per the selected package.
2.2 Hosting accounts are limited to fair usage. Excessive resource consumption may lead to suspension or upgrade notification.
2.3 India Web Softech is not responsible for any data loss. Clients are advised to maintain their own regular backups.
2.4 Hosting includes limited technical support. CMS or third-party plugin support may be offered as paid services.
2.5 No hosting account may be used to store or distribute illegal, abusive, or copyrighted content. Violations may lead to immediate termination without refund.
3. Payments & Renewals
3.1 All fees must be paid in full before activation of domain or hosting services.
3.2 Renewal notifications will be sent before expiry. Failure to renew on time may result in service suspension or permanent loss of data.
3.3 Refunds for domain registration and hosting are not applicable once the service is provisioned.
4. Liability & Termination
4.1 India Web Softech will not be liable for any downtime, service interruption, or data loss beyond its control.
4.2 Services may be terminated for violation of terms, non-payment, or misuse. No refunds will be issued upon termination for breach.
4.3 India Web Softech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with or without notice.
5. Acceptance
By ticking the checkbox, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
